Monitoring

One of our external service providers is currently experiencing latency issues in our sandbox environment, which may delay the generation of certain documents. In some cases, these documents may take up to a few hours to appear.

We are actively monitoring the situation and coordinating with the provider to reduce impact and restore normal processing times as quickly as possible.

We will share further updates as soon as additional information becomes available.
